After conducting and recording the interview you will complete a 4-page reflection paper (not including cover page, references, and questions asked) that summarizes your experience. Please include a copy of all the actual questions, along with the signed consent form. Please put the questions and link to the video at the end of your paper as an appendix.
The paper must be written in American Psychological Association (APA) format and should include a discussion of the topics/questions below. An abstract is not required.

What counseling/interviewing techniques (both verbal and non-verbal) did I utilize to orient the interviewee to the experience and establish rapport?Be sure to provide rationale for the questions you asked (Why did you choose to ask those questions, and in that order?)
