You are working in a busy OB-GYN office. After being seen by the provider, the moms all receive discharge teaching from the RNs. You, as the LPN, do a great job of reinforcing the discharge teaching before each client leaves the office. The health care team does some brainstorming to come up with ideas that will help the moms understand and remember their instructions after leaving the office.
