There was “4 Petri dishes” first two we put “natural wood” and on top of it we added different suspension from fungi using “cork borer” the fungi were used on the normal wood is “rhizopus” ..
Same thing we did with the “synthetic wood” but the fungus were used is “Aspergillus”
– Second experiment:
We added “shaved wood” on a two separated plates of PDA and added a suspension of fungi which is “Rhizopus” and “Aspergillus”
Incubated at room temperature from 7 to 14 days
