Find a current, scholarly article pertaining to that topic. Within a 600 word essay, provide a detailed overview of your topic and how it applies to women/gender, using the article to provide factual information supporting your claim. In addition, apply the concept to your own experience. This may be a situation you have experienced as a woman or you have indirectly experienced with a woman close to you (wife, mother, daughter, etc). To receive full credit, students must cite references, meet the word minimum requirement, and provide thoughtful responses that show an understanding of how psychological concepts may be applied to real life experiences. Students should use APA format (12-point font, Times New Roman, 1-inch margins on all sides). Citations within text must be included and you must have a reference page.
