Part 1:Prepare and conduct an interview with a professional who works in the cultural and creative industries, for instance public relations, the film industry, the news industry, the animation or gaming industries. You are responsible for finding the interviewee and setting up the interview yourself. The interview should focus on what the terms professionalism, objectivity and ethics mean to the professional, with him/her providing stories/anecdotes as to how these concepts play out on the ground. Ask the interviewee to critically reflect about those concepts. Feel free to focus more on one or two of the three concepts depending on the work and circumstances of the professional. For instance, a game designer will likely have little to say about news objectivity. Write up the interview in a clear, succinct and engaging way, following the proper conventions for published interviews, including an appealing headline and subheadings.
Part 2: Add a personal reflection in which you reflect on the process of preparing and writing the interview, and the final product. Describe difficulties you encountered and analyse them. What would you do differently in the future?
Required word count for the interview: strictly between 750 and 800 words. For the reflection: 500 words (+/- 10%)
