Text: For some reason the top margin used on page 1 remains inconsistent with that used on the following pages. Page 1: Page is not left-justified. Pages 7, 9 do not flow to the bottom margin. Pages 20-21: Spacing prior to and after subhead Vector Autoregression Model is too large, while the spacing within the paragraph immediately prior is too tight. The subhead does not require a period, and the paragraph following (first paragraph on page 21) is not indented. We have the same situation regarding tight spacing in the final paragraph on page 21, which continues onto page 22: too tight spacing within the paragraph and then excessive spacing prior to the following subhead. Then, the paragraph after the subhead Transfer Function does not begin as it should, indented on the following line. Do not resubmit this paper until the entire text is properly double-spaced. Figures should be presented complete on one page.
